Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We accept orders 24 hours a day. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in North Carolina via USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and follow the standard methods available by USPS. Standard processing time for orders is 1-4 days, although most get delivered within 3 days depending where you are located.

We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address. Customer may be contacted if the shipping address differs from the billing address. This may delay shipping time.

Lost or Stolen Packages 
- If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 24 hours of the marked 'delivery'. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.

- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

Damaged Packages 
- Damaged packages are very rare but should you receive one, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation to report any damages to your product. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for damaged packages. We pack and ship our products neatly and securely.

Return & Exchange Policy

I want everyone to be happy with the products! If for some reason you are NOT, reach out to me!

 

On personal products (i.e. soap, lip balm, etc), I cannot accept returns or exchanges, but I'm happy to discuss.
